Save the Dates, Upcoming Events

As we shake of the sluggishness of winter, the Kompost Kids are gearing up for an active spring. Come join us for compost turnings, tabling events, and community outreach. Our sites are thawed out and warming up, and as usual, there’s a lot of maintenance and tidying to do. Four exciting events in April.

April 16 – Compost Turning and Education in River West – 12 p.m at our site at Auer and Gordon. Work day.

April 21 – Marquette School of Dentistry Sustainability Fair – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1801 West Wisconsin Ave.

April 24 – Compost Turning and Education in Bay View – 12 p.m. at our Demonstration Site at 1980 S. Marina Dr.

April 28 – Volunteer event with Keep Greater Milwaukee Beautiful youth – 4:30 to 6 p.m at our Demonstration Site at 1980 S. Marina Dr.
